AI-Generated Content Disclaimer</h2>\n<p><strong>All images produced by BeamMe are generated by artificial intelligence.</strong> By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generated images are <strong>not real photographs</strong> — they are AI-created compositions</li>\n<li>AI-generated images may contain <strong>inaccuracies, artifacts, or imperfections</strong></li>\n<li>The AI may not perfectly reproduce your likeness, features, or requested scene</li>\n<li>Results may vary and are not guaranteed to match your expectations</li>\n<li>Generated images should not be presented as authentic photographs without disclosure</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>4. User Accounts</h2>\n<p>You must create an account to use BeamMe. You are responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing accurate account information</li>\n<li>Maintaining the security of your password</li>\n<li>All activities that occur under your account</li>\n<li>Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>5. Acceptable Use Policy</h2>\n<p>You agree <strong>not</strong> to use BeamMe to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Create non-consensual intimate imagery</strong> of any person</li>\n<li><strong>Generate images of minors</strong> in inappropriate, suggestive, or harmful contexts</li>\n<li><strong>Create deepfakes</strong> intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others</li>\n<li><strong>Harass, bully, or intimidate</strong> any person using generated images</li>\n<li><strong>Impersonate others</strong> for fraudulent or malicious purposes</li>\n<li><strong>Generate content that promotes</strong> violence, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activities</li>\n<li><strong>Violate intellectual property rights</strong> of third parties</li>\n<li><strong>Upload photos of others</strong> without their explicit consent</li>\n<li>Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.</p>\n\n<h2>6. Photo Upload Consent</h2>\n<p>By uploading photos to BeamMe, you represent and warrant that:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have the legal right to upload and use these photos</li>\n<li>If the photos contain other people, you have obtained their consent</li>\n<li>You consent to your photos being processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI, FAL AI, Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of image generation</li>\n<li>You understand that your photos are transmitted securely to these services and are not used for purposes other than generating your requested images</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>7. Celebrity &amp; Public Figure Content</h2>\n<p>BeamMe allows users to request images featuring public figures or celebrities. You acknowledge that:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Such images are AI-generated and fictional — they do not depict real events</li>\n<li>You are solely responsible for how you use and share such images</li>\n<li>Using generated images to spread misinformation or defame public figures is prohibited</li>\n<li>The AI may refuse certain requests involving public figures based on safety filters</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>8. Intellectual Property &amp; Content Ownership</h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Your photos:</strong> You retain all rights to the photos you upload</li>\n<li><strong>Generated images:</strong> Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use AI-generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes</li>\n<li><strong>Commercial use:</strong> Generated images may be used commercially only with a paid subscription plan, subject to applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction</li>\n<li><strong>BeamMe branding:</strong> The BeamMe name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>9. Subscriptions &amp; Payments</h2>\n<h3>9.1 Subscription Plans</h3>\n<p>BeamMe offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional credits, features, and capabilities.</p>\n\n<h3>9.2 Auto-Renewal (Apple App Store)</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase</li>\n<li>Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period</li>\n<li>Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period</li>\n<li>You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>9.3 Auto-Renewal (Google Play / Stripe)</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period</li>\n<li>Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date</li>\n<li>You can manage subscriptions through the app or your payment provider</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>9.4 Credits</h3>\n<p>Credits are used to generate images. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits from subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing period. Purchased credit packages do not expire as long as your account remains active.</p>\n\n<h3>9.5 Refunds</h3>\n<p>If an image generation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. For payment refunds, please contact your payment provider (Apple App Store or Google Play) or reach out to our support team.</p>\n\n<h2>10. Content Moderation</h2>\n<p>BeamMe employs automated content moderation systems to prevent the generation of harmful content. We may:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Block or filter prompts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy</li>\n<li>Refuse to generate images that our AI safety systems flag as inappropriate</li>\n<li>Review and remove generated content that violates these Terms</li>\n<li>Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>11. Limitation of Liability</h2>\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>BeamMe is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind</li>\n<li>We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages</li>\n<li>We are not responsible for how users share or use generated images</li>\n<li>Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>12. Indemnification</h2>\n<p>You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeamMe and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.</p>\n\n<h2>13. Account Termination</h2>\n<p>We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.</p>\n\n<h2>14. Changes to Terms</h2>\n<p>We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of BeamMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.</p>\n\n<h2>15. Governing Law</h2>\n<p>These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania / European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.</p>\n\n<h2>16.
